Setting Theme for Application

QTM4J integrates seamlessly with Jira, adapting its appearance and functionality to align with Jira’s existing themes. The application inherits Jira’s visual design and color schemes, ensuring a consistent and unified user experience across the platform. You can set the Light or Dark themes, and configure the Match Browser settings as per your preference. The selected theme is applied to both the QTM4J application and Jira. Theme preferences are user-specific and do not affect other users within the system.

Perform the following steps to configure the theme:

1. Select the profile avatar in the navigation bar.

2. Select Theme.

3. Select from Light, Dark, and Match Browser options.

Light: This is the default theme selected to display the application. This is how the QTM4J application looks in the Light theme.

Dark: Select the theme to display the application, and the Dark theme will be applied to the screen. After selecting the Dark theme from the profile, the QTM4J application appears as shown in the following image. This theme is not supported in the Exploratory Testing Chrome Add-On.

Match Browser: This option will match the theme you set in your browser. Due to Jira limitations, the theme is not supported in Google Chrome.
