Exporting Test Suites
Introduction
You can export test suites in Excel, Word, or PDF formats. Excel provides a tabular view suitable for offline execution and re-importing results into QMetry. While Word and PDF are ideal for sharing printable versions with external stakeholders.
Note:
To export test suites, you must have the "Export" permission for the Test Suite module.
Admins can manage these role-based permissions from Roles under Customization.

Custom fields are included in the export if they are enabled under the Visible Fields option. If not, custom fields are exported when the All-Fields option is selected.
Visible Fields: Select this option to export only the fields that are visible on the List view screen.
All Fields: Select the option to export all the fields of a test suite.
Click Export.
Click Yes to proceed.
Export Test Execution Details in PDF or Word
You can also export test execution details in PDF or Word. The exported document contains test execution details, test case and steps details, execution status, linked attachments, and bug details. You can choose export details and share the exported file as compliance and audit evidence.
You can use PDF exports to generate validation documentation for compliance and regulatory purposes. This allows organizations to include test executions and attachments for upload to documentation portals. Word exports help QA teams share test case details with support or other teams who don’t have access to QMetry, enabling them to review and provide feedback.
